A Black Woman's Smile

Today, I received the best email message from a friend. Mark, who usually does not forward emails, sent me the most beautiful, thought provoking poem that left me speechless. A Black Woman's Smile by Ty Gray-El captures the very essence of Black women. The poem illustrates the struggles Black women had to endure, the strength she gained as a result of her struggles, and the beauty she exhibit despite her struggles.

A Black Woman's Smile is a testament of the triumphant spirit of Black women. Click on the link to see the poem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPBH57BWhpE

Ty Gray-El, thank you for showing your love, gratitute, and respect to all Black women, I'm smiling at you now.

This should be an interesting series, I'll watch the program before I form an opinion.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is a day to reflect on all of life's riches. Riches not in term of material things, but of the love and joy experienced with family and friends. Sharing love is one of God's greatest gifts. I wish you all a day filled with love on this Thanksgiving day and throughout the year.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Love,

Sandra
